# Why has a discount not been applied to a product?

## A sales price or discount exists, but it is not appearing on the product line in POS365.

One or more requirements configured for the sales price list may not have been met. Check conditions such as:

- Required quantity
- Customer discount group
- Assigned customer
- Validity dates
- Other assignment settings

The discount appears when all applicable conditions are met. If several discounts are triggered, POS365 uses the lowest resulting price.

**Business Central controlled:** Sales price lists, discount conditions and customer assignments are configured in Business Central and synchronized to POS365.
