Why am I asked to select a product variant?
Product is reated with variant options.
The window appears because the product has multiple variants, such as different sizes or colours. POS365 needs to know which specific variant the customer wants before it can add the correct item to the basket.
Select the required variant in the window to continue the sale.
Business Central controlled: Product variants are part of the product data managed in Business Central and synchronized to POS365.
