Where can I find the salesperson code on an open sales invoice?

You want to check the salesperson code recorded on a sales invoice header.

Note: This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central. Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.

Answer:

  1. On the Business Central home page (POS365 UI), find POS365 Navigation. Under Transactions, select Sales Invoices.
  2. Open the relevant invoice and expand General near the top.
  3. Select Show more in that section if needed.
  4. Find Salesperson Code on the right-hand side, below External Document No..

This is the salesperson field on the invoice header.
