Where can I find the POS365 availability setting for an item category?
You want to check whether a category is enabled for POS365.
Note: This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central. Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.
Answer:
In POS365 Navigation, under Products, select Item Categories. Find the relevant category in the list. The On POS365 [PON] column is to the right of Description. If it is outside the visible area, scroll horizontally to the right. Check the field on that category's row.
