Where can I find the line discount on a sales price list?

You want to check the discount percentage recorded on a particular price-list line.

Note: This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central. Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.

Answer:

  1. Use the Search icon in the top bar to open Sales Price Lists.
  2. Select the relevant price list’s Code.
  3. In Lines, find the relevant Product No.. Also check Variant Code, Unit of Measure Code, and Minimum Quantity where applicable.
  4. Find Line Discount % to the right of Allow Line Disc.. Scroll the lines horizontally to the right if needed.

This shows the value on that price-list line; it does not confirm which discount was applied to a particular sale.
