Where can I find the default bin for a POS365 location?
You want to check the bin selected as the location's default.
Note: This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central. Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.

In POS365 Navigation, under Stores & Payments, select Locations and open the relevant location card. Scroll to the bottom and expand POS365 Integration [PON]. The PON Default Bin field is below PON Payments Dimensions.
