# Where can I find a customer’s posted invoices and payments?

## You want to review the entries recorded against a particular customer.

**Note:** This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow [Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central](https://help.posone365.com/pos365/access-the-pos365-user-interface-in-business-central?hsLang=en). Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.

**Answer:**

1. On the **Business Central home page (POS365 UI)**, find **POS365 Navigation**. Under **Customers**, select **Customers**.
2. Open the relevant customer.
3. In the action bar above the customer sections, select **Customer → Ledger Entries**.
4. In **Customer Ledger Entries**, use **Document Type** and **Document No.** to identify the invoice, payment, or credit memo you want to check.

To open the document behind a selected entry, select **Home → Show Document**.
