Where can I find a customer's discount group?
You want to check the customer group used by a POS365 sales price list.
Note: This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central. Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.
Answer:
In POS365 Navigation, under Customers, select Customers and open the relevant customer card. Scroll down and expand Invoicing. The Customer Disc. Group field is in this section. If the full section is displayed, it appears under Prices and Discounts, below Customer Price Group.
