Where can I check which general journal POS365 uses?
You want to identify the journal selected for POS365 payments and End of Day entries.
Note: This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central. Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.
Answer:
In POS365 Navigation, under POS365 Setup, select PON Integration Setup. On the POS365 Company Integration Setup [PON] list, find the relevant company's row and scroll horizontally to General Ledger Journal, immediately after Default Customer. Its lookup opens General Journal Batches, where Journal Template Name and Name identify the template and batch. Close the lookup with Cancel if you are only checking the setup.
