Where can I check the schedule for a POS365 job queue entry?

You want to review when a POS365 job is configured to run.

Note: This FAQ uses the POS365 Manager role and English page names. If your screen looks different, follow Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central. Changing the language to English is optional, but makes it easier to follow this FAQ.

Answer:

  1. Use the Search icon in the top bar to open Job Queue Entries.
  2. Select the relevant POS365 job and select View.
  3. In General, check Earliest Start Date/Time.
  4. In Recurrence, below General, review the weekday settings, Starting Time, Ending Time, and No. of Minutes between Runs.

These fields show the configured schedule. To review actual runs, open Job Queue → Log Entries.
