When is inventory reduced after a sales order or sales quote is paid in POS365?
A sales order or sales quote has been fully paid in POS365, but the inventory has not changed in Business Central.
Answer
Receiving the payment in POS365 does not by itself post the sales document or reduce the inventory.
The inventory is updated when the relevant sales document is posted in Business Central. (Typically the sales invoice).
