# What should I do when changes from the Admin Center are not visible in POS365?

**Description**  
Products, settings or other changes are available in the Admin Center but have not appeared in POS365.

**Answer**  
Perform a full synchronization:

1. Open the three-dot menu.
2. Select **Settings**.
3. Select **Full Sync**.

Changes from Business Central can take up to six minutes to reach the Admin Center.
