# What should I check if receipts are not printing?

## A transaction has been completed, but the receipt printer does not produce a receipt.

Check the following:

- The printer is powered on.
- Paper is loaded correctly.
- No printer warning or error is displayed.
- The USB or Ethernet cable is connected securely.
- Windows recognizes the printer.
- The correct printer driver is installed.
- The correct USB or network port is selected.
- The printer can produce a Windows test page.
- An Ethernet printer and the POS computer are on the same local network.
- The correct receipt printer is selected in POS365.

After completing these checks, run a test print from the POS365 hardware settings.
