What does the Vouchers Report show, and when should I use it?
You need an overview of gift cards and store credits, including their current balances.
The Vouchers Report lists gift cards and store credits.
It contains:
- Voucher type
- Code
- Creation date
- Expiry date
- Created by
- Cash register
- Current balance
The report can be filtered by voucher type. Used and expired vouchers can also be included when needed.
Use this report to find a specific gift card or store credit, check its current balance, review expiry dates, or identify where and by whom it was created.
