What does the Voucher Balance Report show, and when should I use it?
You need to see gift card or store credit balances as they were at a selected date and time.
The Voucher Balance Report provides a historical balance view for gift cards and store credits.
It contains:
- Voucher type
- Code
- Creation date
- Expiry date
- Created by
- Cash register
- Balance at the selected date and time
The report can be filtered by voucher type and a specific date and time.
Use this report when you need a historical balance snapshot, such as reviewing outstanding gift card or store credit balances at the end of a reporting period.
Use the Vouchers Report when you need the current balance instead.
