What does the Transactions Report show, and when should I use it?
You need an overview of completed sales, with one summarized entry for each transaction.
The Transactions Report provides a transaction-level overview of sales.
It contains:
- Date
- Transaction number
- Customer number
- Cash register
- Total excluding VAT
- VAT amount
- Total including VAT
Use this report to review complete transactions, find a specific transaction, compare transaction totals, or reconcile transaction-level sales figures for a period.
Use the Transaction Lines Report instead when you need to see the individual products within the transactions.
