What does the Transaction Lines Report show, and when should I use it?
You need a detailed view of the individual product lines included in completed sales.
The Transaction Lines Report shows sales at product-line level.
It contains:
- Date
- Serial number
- Location
- Cash register
- Customer number
- Product group
- Product name
- Amount excluding VAT
- VAT amount
- Amount including VAT
Use this report to examine the detailed contents of sales, identify which products were sold at a location or cash register, or investigate individual sales lines.
Use the Transactions Report instead when you only need one summarized entry per transaction.
