Job queue entries

Since the last version update (version 3000.13), the job queue entries have been adjusted to run fully automatically and consistently. As standard, the job queues are automatically created upon installation of the POS365 BC Integration extension, but are set 'On hold'. We recommend observing the dataflow for at least a week before enabling the job queues to ensure correct dataflow before automating the process. As standard, the job queues are set to run every 5 minutes every day of the week. This can be adjusted under 'job queue entries' in Business Central.

A total of 4 job queue entries are created upon installation. These are:

  • Posting POS365 invoices
  • Posting POS365 credit memos
  • Posting POS365 general journal
  • Applying POS365 payments on the standard customer for reconciliation
