Set Up an Item Price Promotion

Before you begin
The Campaigns module must be enabled, and the shared campaign configuration must be completed.

See Advanced Promotions – General Setup.

Step 1: Create the campaign

1. Open Store in the POS365 Admin Center.
2. Select Campaigns.
3. Select Create.
4. Select ItemPrice in the Type field.
5. Complete the campaign information.
   1. Enter the campaign name and description.
   2. Define the campaign start and end.
   3. Set the campaign priority.
   4. Enter the required campaign price in the Value field.
6. Select Save.

Step 2: Define the applicable item

1. Open Store.
2. Select Campaign groups.
3. Create or open the relevant campaign group.
4. Open the Products tab.
5. Select + and add the required item.
6. Select Save.

Step 3: Add an interval when required

1. Return to the campaign.
2. Open Campaign intervals.
3. Select +.
4. Define the interval.
5. Select OK.
