Set Up a Reward Only Promotion

Before you begin
The Campaigns module must be enabled, and the shared campaign configuration must be completed.

See Advanced Promotions – General Setup.

Step 1: Create the campaign

1. Open Store in the POS365 Admin Center.
2. Select Campaigns.
3. Select Create.
4. Select RewardOnly in the Type field.
5. Complete the campaign information.
   1. Enter the campaign name and description.
   2. Define the campaign start and end.
   3. Set the campaign priority.
   4.  Set the qualifying quantity that must be reached before the gift is awarded in the Qualifying value field
6. Select Save.

Step 2: Add the reward product

1. Open Reward products.
2. Select +.
3. Select the item that should be used as the reward product.
4. Complete the reward-product information.
5. Select OK.

Step 3: Define the qualifying products

1. Open Store.
2. Select Campaign groups.
3. Create or open the relevant campaign group.
4. Open the Products or Categories tab.
5. Select + and add the products or categories that should qualify for the promotion.
6. Select Save.

Step 4: Add an interval when required

1. Return to the campaign.
2. Open Campaign intervals.
3. Select +.
4. Define the interval.
5. Select OK.
