# Set up a Replace Product Question

## This guide explains how to offer a replacement product when a configured trigger item is added in POS365.

**Create the Replace question**

In Admin Center, open **Setup → Product Questions** and select **Create**.

Select **Replace** and continue to its setup.

In the trigger section, select **Add Item**.

Choose the trigger products offered in the selector, then select **Confirm**.  
Under **Replacement Product**, choose **Select Product** and select the replacement.

1\) Enter the **Display Label** for the replacement option.  
2\) Enter **Question Name (Internal)** and **Question Text (Customer-Facing)**.

Select **Finish** to create the question. When editing an existing question, select **Save**.

When the Item i selected on the POS, pop up will show you the replace item
