Set Up a Percent Discount Promotion

 Before you begin
The Campaigns module must be enabled, and the shared campaign configuration must be completed.

See Advanced Promotions – General Setup.

Step 1: Create the campaign

1. Open Store in the POS365 Admin Center.
2. Select Campaigns.
3. Select Create.
4. Select PercentDiscount in the Type field.
5. Complete the campaign information.
   1. Enter the campaign name and description.
   2. Define the campaign start and end.
   3. Set the campaign priority.
   4. Enter the discount percentage in the Value field.
   5.  Set a Qualifying value so the promotion only applies once the total value of the selected items reaches that amount 
6. Select Save.

Step 2: Define the qualifying products

1. Open Store.
2. Select Campaign groups.
3. Create or open the relevant campaign group.
4. Open the Products or Categories tab.
5. Select + and add the required products or categories.
6. Select Save.

Step 3: Add an interval when required

1. Return to the campaign.
2. Open Campaign intervals.
3. Select +.
4. Define the interval.
5. Select OK.
