Set Up a Fixed Price Promotion

Before you begin

The Campaigns module must be enabled, and the shared campaign configuration must be completed.

Step 1: Create the campaign

1. Open Store in the POS365 Admin Center.
2. Select Campaigns.
3. Select Create.
4. Select FixedPrice in the Type field.
5. Complete the remaining campaign information.
   1. Enter the campaign name and description.
   2. Define the campaign start and end.
   3. Set the campaign priority.
   4. Enter the fixed campaign price in the Value field.
6. Select Save.

Step 2: Define the qualifying products
Create a campaign group containing the products or item categories intended for the promotion.

1. Open Store.
2. Select Campaign groups.
3. Create or open the relevant campaign group.
4. Open the Products or Categories tab.
5. Select + and add the required products or categories.
6. Select Save.

Step 3: Add an interval when required
If the campaign should use a defined interval:

1. Return to the campaign.
2. Open Campaign intervals.
3. Select +.
4. Define the interval.
5. Select OK.
