Set Up a Buy X Get Y Lowest Promotion

Use this promotion when the lowest-priced qualifying item should be used as the reward after the required number of items has been purchased.

Before you begin
The Campaigns module must be enabled, and the shared campaign configuration must be completed.

Step 1: Create the campaign
  1. Open Store in the POS365 Admin Center.
  2. Select Campaigns.
  3. Select Create.
  4. Select BuyXGetYLowest in the Type field.
  5. Complete the remaining campaign information.
    1. Enter the campaign name and description.
    2. Define the campaign start and end.
    3. Set the campaign priority.
    4. In Value, enter the quantity that must be added to the basket before the promotion applies.
    5. In Value2, enter the quantity of the cheapest items that should be given for free.
  6. Select Save.
Step 2: Define the qualifying products
  1. Open Store.
  2. Select Campaign groups.
  3. Create or open the relevant campaign group.
  4. Open the Products or Categories tab.
  5. Select + and add the required products or categories.
  6. Select Save.
Step 3: Add an interval when required
  1. Return to the campaign.
  2. Open Campaign intervals.
  3. Select +.
  4. Define the interval.
  5. Select OK.
