# Review messages in the Admin Center Inbox

## This guide explains how to use the Inbox in Admin Center to review system messages and identify what needs your attention.

**Open the Inbox and read the message**

1. Open **Admin Center** and go to **Inbox**.
2. Read the message text and its category.

The Inbox brings together system messages, including confirmations, information and problems affecting the integration. Use it to identify issues that need follow-up, such as synchronization failures or a required update to the POS ONE Business Central integration.

**Check the message category**

| Category | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Confirmation** | A confirmation message about an operation. |
| **Information** | An informational notice. |
| **Important** | A problem requiring attention or investigation, such as a delivery or synchronization failure. |
| **Critical** | The highest severity, indicating an urgent problem. |

The category helps you assess the message. Read its text to understand the affected operation and the next action.

**Follow up on the issue**

1. For **Important** or **Critical** messages, review the problem described and any instructions provided.
2. If the message concerns an outdated Business Central integration, follow the [guidance for “Integration is outdated”](https://help.posone365.com/pos365/how-to-solve-integration-is-outdated?hsLang=en).
3. If a message describes a failed operation that needs investigation, or the next action is unclear, contact **POS ONE support** with the message text.

Note:

An **Important** message needs attention, but it does not necessarily mean that you must resolve the problem yourself. The message determines whether you need to change something, involve your Business Central administrator or ask POS ONE support for help.
