# How to solve – “Unable to load base currency”

## POS365 cannot load the currency selected as the company’s base currency.

1. Confirm that the currency exists in Business Central.
2. Ensure that **On POS** is enabled for the currency.
3. Confirm that the same currency is selected for the company in the Admin Center.
4. Allow the currency to synchronize.
5. Run **Full Sync** in POS365 if the currency is already visible in the Admin Center.
