# How to solve – “No products found”

## No eligible products have been synchronized to the Admin Center and POS365.

1. Open **Items** in Business Central.
2. Select a product that is not blocked.
3. Confirm that it has a description and **Item Category Code**.
4. Set its **General Product Posting Group** and **VAT Product Posting Group**.
5. Enable **On POS365 \[PON\]**.
6. Allow the product to synchronize.
7. Run **Initial Sync** if it is visible in the Admin Center but not in POS365.
