# How to solve – “No payment types found”

## No payment methods are available for configuration in POS365.

1. Open **Payment Methods** in Business Central.
2. Create or configure at least one payment method with a code, description, balance account type and balance account number.
3. Allow the payment method to synchronize to the Admin Center.
4. Go to **Setup → Payment types** in the Admin Center.
5. Open the payment type, select its **Payment service**, enable **On POS**, and save it.
6. Add the payment type to the required cash register.
7. Restart POS365.
