# How to solve – “No employee with login access found”

## No employee is currently configured with access to sign in to POS365.

1. Create or open the employee in Business Central under 'Salespeople/Purchasers'
2. Enable the employee for POS365 and allow the employee to synchronize.
3. In the Admin Center, go to **Setup → Employees**.
4. Select the employee and assign the appropriate permission role.
5. Select **Save**.
6. Open **Menu → Change password**.
7. Set the password the employee will use to sign in to POS365.
