How to solve – “Gift card posting group is not set up”
The Gift Cards module is enabled, but no posting group has been selected for gift-card transactions.
- In the Admin Center, go to Setup → Modules and confirm that Gift Cards is enabled.
- Go to Setup → Companies and select the company.
- Open Menu → Settings.
- Select the required gift-card posting group.
- Choose whether gift cards should be taxed.
- Select OK to save the settings.
