How to solve – “Ensure at least one payment type has a PaymentService”

Payment types exist, but none of them has been connected to a POS365 payment service.

  1. In the Admin Center, go to Setup → Payment types.
  2. Open the payment type you want to use.
  3. Select the appropriate value in Payment service.
  4. Enable On POS.
  5. Save the payment type.
  6. Ensure that it is assigned to the required cash register.
  7. Restart POS365.
