# How to solve – “Default customer is not set”

## No customer has been selected for sales where the employee does not manually choose a customer.

1. Open **POS365 Integration Setup \[PON\]** in Business Central.
2. Locate **Default customer**.
3. Select the customer and confirm the selection.
