# How does PON Auto Post POS365 Gen. Jnl. work?

## PON Auto Post POS365 Gen. Jnl. automatically posts general journal entries created from POS365 payments. By default, this Job Queue runs once per day at 01:00.

### **Which journal entries are processed?**

The Job Queue looks for POS365 journal entries containing:

- A **POS365 Receipt Number**
- A **POS365 Cash Register Name**

When matching entries are found, the relevant journal batch is posted using the standard Business Central journal posting process.

 My journal was not posted – what should I check?

Check that the journal entries contain both a **POS365 Receipt Number** and **POS365 Cash Register Name**.

You should also check that the POS365 journal setup in Business Central is configured correctly.

If no matching entries are available when the Job Queue runs, it can complete successfully without posting anything.
