How does PON Auto Post POS365 Cr. Memo work?

PON Auto Post POS365 Cr. Memo automatically posts sales credit memos created from POS365. By default, the Job Queue checks for new credit memos every 5 minutes.

 Which credit memos are processed?

A credit memo is ready for automatic posting when:

  • The credit memo is Released
  • The Sell-to Customer No. matches the Default Customer in the POS365 Integration Setup
  • A POS365 Receipt Number is available
  • The credit memo contains at least one valid sales line with a type and number

When these requirements are met, the credit memo is posted using the standard Business Central posting process.

My credit memo was not posted – what should I check?

Check that all four requirements above are met.

If one of the required values is missing or does not match the POS365 setup, the credit memo will not be selected for automatic posting.

A successful Job Queue run therefore does not necessarily mean that every available credit memo was posted.
