How do I track serial numbers when selling a product in POS365?
Select the correct serial number when selling a serial-number-tracked product.
When you add a product with serial numbers to a sale, POS365 asks you to select the correct serial number. Select it, add the product to the basket, and complete the payment.
The selected serial number is automatically added to the sales invoice in Business Central.
The serial number must have a serial number information card and be assigned to a location. This functionality requires Business Central extension version 1.9.0.9 or later.
