How do I select the receipt printer?
Receipts need to be directed to the correct printer connected to the POS.
In POS365:
- Open the three-dot menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Hardware.
- Select Select printer (Receipt).
- Choose the required printer.
- Specify whether a cash drawer is connected to it.
- Select OK to save the configuration.
