# How do I retrieve a bill of lading in POS365?

## Retrieve a bill of lading for an existing customer order in POS365.

 

The bill of lading report must already be configured for the relevant order type.

1. Select **Orders** from the sales screen.
2. Find and select the customer.
3. Locate the order and select its edit icon.
4. Select **BC Report**.
5. Choose the relevant report.
6. Select **Search**.
7. Review the bill of lading in the report preview.
