How do I retrieve a bill of lading in POS365?

Retrieve a bill of lading for an existing customer order in POS365.

 

The bill of lading report must already be configured for the relevant order type.

  1. Select Orders from the sales screen.
  2. Find and select the customer.
  3. Locate the order and select its edit icon.
  4. Select BC Report.
  5. Choose the relevant report.
  6. Select Search.
  7. Review the bill of lading in the report preview.
