# How do I put a sale on hold?

**Description**  
A customer wants to continue or complete the sale later.

**Answer**  
Add the products to the basket, open the save-sale function, and enter a recognizable name for the sale. Select **Save sales**. The saved sale can be opened later from registers at the same location.
