# How do I prevent an item in Business Central from being sold in POS365?

## You want to stop an item from being sold at the POS.

**Answer**  
Enable **Sales Blocked** for the item in Business Central:

1. Open the item’s **Item Card** in Business Central.
2. Turn on **Sales Blocked**.

Once the change has synchronized to POS365, the item can no longer be sold or found at the POS.
