How do I find a product in POS365?
If you need to add a product to the basket but cannot immediately find it on the POS screen.
Scan the product’s barcode, or enter its barcode or SKU in the main search field and press Enter.
For a broader search, select Item Search. You can then search using information such as the product name, category, SKU, barcode or serial number. Select the correct product from the results to add it to the basket.
Business Central controlled: Product master data is managed in Business Central and synchronized to POS365. If a product or its information is missing, the product setup and synchronization should be checked.
