How do I create a sales order or sales quote in POS365?

Create a sales order or sales quote in Business Central through the Order Manager in POS365.

  1. Open the Order Manager in POS365.
  2. Select the customer.
  3. Click New order.
  4. Choose the order type you want to create.
  5. Enter the required information and click Save.
  6. Select the option to add an item.
  7. Search for and select the item.
  8. Enter the item information and click Save.

Repeat the item steps if you need to add more products.
