How do I create a gift card in POS365?

Create and sell a new gift card through the POS365 app.

Gift card payments must first be set up in the Admin Center.

  1. Select the gift card creation option in POS365.
  2. POS365 automatically generates a gift card code. Click OK.
  3. Enter the desired gift card amount and click Add.
  4. When the gift card appears in the basket, click Pay.
  5. Complete the transaction using the preferred payment method.
