# How can I hide a button in POS365 using Permission Roles?

## You want to remove access to a specific function or hide its button for selected employees in POS365.

**Answer**

1. Open the **Admin Center**.
2. Go to **Setup** → **Permission Roles**.
3. Select the role you want to change.
4. Find and remove the permission that controls the relevant function.
5. Click **Save**.
6. Repeat the change for all relevant roles.
7. Restart the POS to apply the change.

For example, to remove the comment button, remove the **Line Comment** permission from the relevant roles.

Depending on the function, POS365 will either hide the button completely or restrict the employee’s access to it.
