# Do I need to act on messages marked Important in Admin Center?

## You see an Important message in the Inbox and are unsure whether it requires action.

Yes. Review the message and determine what follow-up is needed. **Important** is used for problems requiring attention or investigation, including delivery and synchronization failures.

The next action depends on the message:

- If it describes a required integration update, follow the relevant update guidance or involve your Business Central administrator.
- If it describes a failed operation requiring investigation, contact POS ONE support.
- If the next action is unclear, ask POS ONE support to help assess the message.
