Can I process a credit sale while POS365 is offline?
A customer wants to purchase on credit while POS365 does not have an internet connection.
The Credit Sale payment service can work both online and offline. However, it cannot read live Business Central restrictions—such as the customer’s credit limit—while processing the payment.
The Credit Online service can check Business Central restrictions, but it requires an internet connection.
Business Central controlled: Customer credit limits and related restrictions are maintained in Business Central. They can only be checked by POS365 when using an online payment flow.
