Can I add cash to the cash register without making a sale?

Cash needs to be placed in the drawer and registered without being connected to a sales transaction.

Yes. An in-payment type must first be configured in the Admin Center.

  1. Open More options in POS365.
  2. Select Payment to cash register.
  3. Choose the relevant payment type.
  4. Enter the amount.
  5. Add an optional remark and confirm.
