This guide explains the Business Central error for transactions in transfers failed with the note saying "BC Error: Sorry,the current permissions prevented the action. (TableData...)
Step 1:
Go to 'Permission Sets'
Step 2:
1) Click 'New'
2) Define the name of the permission set
3) Click 'Permissions'
Step 3:
Click on the three dots at the Object ID field
Step 4:
Search for the ID stated in the Admin Center next to the TableData text in the note of your failed transaction.
Select the Object ID you find
Step 5:
Search for 'Microsoft Entra Applications'
Step 6:
Select your POS365 entra application
Step 7:
Click on the three dots under 'User Permission Sets'
Step 8:
Select your newly created permission set. In this case, it is called POS365
