The advanced campaign module in POS365 gives you a flexible and powerful way to create targeted promotions directly in your POS solution.
Set up anything from fixed prices and percentage discounts to reward campaigns and buy X get Y offers, helping you drive sales, increase basket size, and create a better customer experience.
Step 1:
Enable the Campaign module
1) Click 'Setup'.
2) Click 'Modules'.
3) Select the checkbox for 'Campaigns'.
Step 2:
Go to Campaigns and create a new campaign
1) Click 'Store'.
2) Click 'Campaigns'.
3) Click 'Create'.
Step 3:
Select and configure the campaign type
Fixed price
Use the Fixed price campaign type when selected items should be sold at a fixed price during the campaign.
1) Select 'FixedPrice' in the 'Type' field
2) Fill in the remaining campaign information
3) Click 'Save'.
Percent discount
Use the Percent discount campaign type when selected items or item groups should receive a percentage discount.
Step 1:
1) Select 'PercentDiscount' in the 'Type' field
2) Fill in the campaign information
3) Click 'Save'
Reward only
Use the Reward only campaign type when the customer should receive a reward product after meeting the campaign requirement.
Step 1:
1) Select 'RewardOnly' in the 'Type' field
2) Fill in the campaign information
3) Click 'Save'
Step 2:
1) Click 'Reward products'.
2) Click on '+' to add the item that should be given as the reward product.
3) Fill in the reward product information.
4) Click 'Ok'.
Buy X get Y lowest
Use the Buy X get Y lowest campaign type when the customer should receive the lowest-priced item as a reward after buying a defined number of items.
Step 1:
1) Select 'BuyXGetYLowest' in the 'Type' field.
2) Fill in the remaining campaign information.
3) Click 'Save'.
Item price
Use the Item price campaign type when a specific item should receive a defined campaign price.
Step 1:
1) Select 'ItemPrice' in the 'Type' field.
2) Fill in the campaign information
3) Click 'Save'.
Step 4:
Go to Campaign groups
1) Click 'Store'.
2) Click 'Campaign groups'.
3) Click 'Create'.
Step 5:
Insert the campaign group information and define which items or item categories the campaign group should include
1) Fill in the campaign group information.
2) Use the 'categories' and 'products' tabs to choose whether you want the campaign group to apply for specific items or entire item categories. Multiple values can be selected
3) Click on '+' to add an item or category to the campaign group
4) Click 'Save'.
Step 6:
Optional: Set up campaign intervals
1) Navigate back to the campaign and go to the 'Campaign intervals' tab
2) Click on '+' to add a campaign interval
Step 2:
1) Define the desired interval of the campaign
2) Click 'OK'
