# Access the POS365 UI (user interface) Manager role in Business Central

## This guide explains how to activate the POS365 Manager role, change Business Central to English, and navigate the POS365 home page.

**Note:** Changing Business Central to English is optional, but recommended if you are redirected from an English FAQ so that page names, fields, and actions match the instructions.

**Step 1:** Open My Settings

1. Select **Settings** in the upper-right corner of Business Central.
2. Select **My Settings**.

**Step 2**: Change your role and language

1. Find the **Role** field.
2. Select **POS365 Manager**.
3. Find the **Language** field
4. Select **English**.
5. Confirm the changes.

**Result:** Business Central displays the POS365 home page in English.

The home page is divided into two main sections:

### POS365 Activities

**POS365 Activities** shows shortcuts and document counts for:

- **Open Sales Invoices**
- **Open Sales Credit Memos**

Select **See more** below a document type to open the corresponding list.

### POS365 Navigation

**POS365 Navigation** provides shortcuts to the Business Central pages commonly used with POS365:

- **Transactions:** Create and find sales invoices and sales credit memos.
- **POS365 Setup:** Open the integration setup, vouchers, and voucher types.
- **Stores & Payments:** Find locations, payment methods, and currencies.
- **Products:** Find items and item categories.
- **Customers:** Find customers and customer posting groups.

You can also access these areas from the menus at the top of the POS365 home page. Select **All Reports** to open the available reports.
